Cathy Johnston has been working with polymer clay for 23 years. She has enjoyed teaching polymer clay workshops for the last 6 years. Her art has been published in magazines and books, and is sold at juried craft shows and in galleries. She is currently doing demonstrations and design work for several companies. She is the founder of the EWPCG (Eastern Washington Polymer Clay Guild).

Learn to make Artist Trading Cards, also known as ATC’s. These paper-thin cards, using Kato Polyclay, provide a surface for collage, layering, texture and other easy techniques. You will also make a folder to hold the cards.

Supply List: basic kit, rubber stamps, marker to sign cards

Mini Pocket Purse

Create your own mini pocket purse by layering collage elements on a clay foundation. Learn how rubber stamps and inks and other tools can enhance a surface. Several methods of closing the purse will be explored.

Supply List: basic kit, optional supplies: rubber stamps, embellishments, texture tools
